What is the delivery time?
All orders are sent as quickly as possible. We do our utmost to ship all orders the same day.
Because payment is made via Ideal, the amount is credited to us immediately and we can start immediately.
The delivery time is usually 2 to 4 business days. Our packages are sent via PostNL, this money for home and abroad. We are ready for you 7 days a week.
What are the shipping costs?
For shipping within the Netherlands:
The shipping costs within the Netherlands are € 6,95.
For orders with a goods value from € 95.00, no shipping costs are charged.
For sending to Belgium:
The shipping costs are € 6,95 (1 package - up to 30 kilos)
For shipping to Germany:
The shipping costs are € 7,95 (1 package - up to 30 kilos)
Is it also possible to pick up an order so that I do not pay shipping costs?
Of course this is also possible, this is best done by telephone or by e-mail. This is done outside the webshop so that you do not pay shipping costs. The substance can then be collected in Mill.
I have placed an order but want to change it.
If you have placed an order and want to change it, you can do the following:
Please contact us so that this can be arranged as quickly as possible. You can then transfer the remaining amount so that you do not have to pay twice the shipping costs. All this is provided that the order has not yet been sent.
Cancel the entire order
If you want to cancel the entire order, we will of course regret this.

I have received an email that my order has been sent, when can I expect it?
Inland by POSTNL
If your order is sent by PostNL you can expect it within 2 working days within the Netherlands if the package has been delivered by us before 5 p.m. PostNL also delivers on Saturdays. However, it sometimes happens that there is a day of delivery delay.
Is it possible to collect the products?
That is possible, but only by appointment. This is only possible by telephone or via email@example.com
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity is 0.5 meter. Unfortunately it is not possible to make a smaller order through us.
We do sometimes have smaller coupons or felt patches.
Can I also exchange / return the fabrics?
That is not possible. The fabrics are cut to size for you and it is therefore tailor-made.
I am not satisfied what now?
If you are not satisfied with the fabric supplied, you can contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you also send samples?
Our samples can be requested in stock via email@example.com. This is completely free up to a maximum of 5 samples.
Do you also ship abroad?
Yes we also send abroad. Please contact us in the contact form if your country is not availible on our webshop.
Can I buy from you as a company?
Yes that is possible. We deliver to companies / individuals / foundations.
With all our deliveries you will also receive an invoice with VAT mention as standard.
Can I also receive an invoice with my ordered VAT breakdown?
Yes that is standard. If you have transferred the amount, we will ship the order.
You will receive an email from us that the order has been sent with a PDF file with the invoice in the attachment.
The invoice can of course also be found on our website if you have placed an order.
Can an Ideal order be canceled?
This is not possible. Ideal orders are processed automatically and are therefore immediately cut for you.
If you cancel within 30 minutes, the amount will be refunded minus the costs of Ideal (€ 0.50).
When do I not pay shipping costs?
For orders with a goods value from € 75.00, no shipping costs are charged within the Netherlands. For other countries this applies from a varying value.
